Cancellation & Refund Policy


This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which subscriptions to Gripp (“we,” “our,” or “us”) can be cancelled, and the circumstances under which a refund may or may not be issued. By subscribing to our services, you (“User,” “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by this Policy.


1. Subscription Overview
Gripp provides a subscription-based service that allows creators to:

1.1 Link and manage social media profiles (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook & WhatsApp Channel)
1.2 Receive AI-powered brand matches based on authentic social data.
1.3 Generate and review pitch decks before sending it to relevant brands.


2.Subscription Plans
  

2.1 A monthly subscription plan at a cost of INR 1,500/- (Indian Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only).·      
2.2 An annual subscription plan at a cost of INR 12,600/-(Indian Rupees Twelve Thousand Six Hundred only).

3. Billing & Renewal

3.1 Your subscription is billed monthly on a recurring basis from the date of your first payment.
3.2 Unless cancelled, your subscription will automatically renew each month, and your payment method will be charged accordingly.
3.3 All subscription payments are processed securely via our third-party payment gateway provider.  

4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

4.1 Visiting your Account Settings on the platform.
4.2 Selecting the “Manage Subscription” option.
4.3 Clicking “Cancel Subscription”.

Note:  Cancellation will prevent the next billing cycle, but it will not terminate your access immediately. You will continue to have full access to the platform until the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund Policy
We follow a strict no-refund policy. This applies to all users, regardless of usage, login activity, or satisfaction with the service.

No Refunds Will Be Issued For:
5.1.1 Partial use of the subscription period
5.1.2 Non-usage of the platform features after subscribing
5.1.3. Failure to cancel before the renewal date
5.1.4. User dissatisfaction based on preferences or expectations

Access After Cancellation:
5.2.1 Upon cancellation, your account will retain access until the end of the billing period.
5.2.2 After the subscription expires, access to features will be revoked unless you resubscribe.
6. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases, subject to verification and approval:

6.1.  Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same subscription period.
6.2. Unauthorized Transactions: If your account was charged without your authorization due to fraud or misuse.
6.3. Technical Errors on Our End: If a platform malfunction caused unintended billing.

 If you believe your case qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at info@gripp.ai with:

* Your full name
* Registered email address
* Transaction details and date
* A brief description of the issue

Refunds, if granted, will be issued to the original payment method only.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or change this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the platform or via email.

Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
