Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI): We may collect SPDI, such as financial information (bank account details, credit card information) from premium Influencers for processing payments. Any collection of SPDI will be done only after obtaining your explicit consent and will be used solely for the specific purpose for which it was collected, in compliance with the SPDI Rules, 2011. c. User Content: Any Content you upload, submit, or transmit through the Platform, including messages, pitch decks, portfolio details, case studies, client information (if you are an Agency and have consent to share), and other materials. d. To facilitate communication between Influencers, Brands, and Agencies through the Platform's messaging features.
2.3 AI Functionality: a. To train, develop, and improve Our AI algorithms and models. b. To process and analyze website links provided by you (including on behalf of your clients if you are an Agency) to extract relevant information and generate pitch decks, using the AI. c. To provide AI-driven insights, analytics, and recommendations to Users. d. To personalize AI output based on User profiles and preferences.
2.4 To Improve and Personalize the Platform: a. To analyze usage trends and user behavior on the gripp.ai website and associated services to understand how the Platform is used and identify areas for improvement. b. To personalize your experience on the Platform by showing you relevant content, recommendations, and features. c. To develop new products, services, features, and functionalities.
2.5 For Marketing and Promotional Purposes: a. To send you updates, newsletters, marketing communications, and promotional offers that may be of interest to you (you can opt-out of these communications). b. To measure the effectiveness of Our marketing campaigns.

Communications between Users on the Platform may be accessed and stored by Sale Saathi.

These include: (i) Cloud hosting providers for data storage and infrastructure. (ii) Payment processing gateways for handling Subscription Fees. (iii) Analytics providers for monitoring and analyzing Platform usage. (iv) Marketing and advertising partners for promoting the Platform.
